AROUND THE WORLD
The Religious of Jesus and Mary is an international apostolic congregation of 1300 sisters in 16 provinces and two delegations [Africa/Peru], with general headquarters in Rome, Italy. Our sisters and associates are present in twenty-eight countries  in several regions of the world: Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, North Africa, North America and South America.

We have chosen to give particular emphasis and take specific actions...

• Standing with children and women who have been
  exploited and trafficked,
• Caring for the earth and educating ourselves and others

What We Do

OUR MINISTRIES
The Religious of Jesus and Mary, from its origins in nineteenth-century France, has been marked by its Ignatian heritage, devotion to the hearts of Christ and Mary, and a missionary tradition.

Our Stories
Sister Mary Leonard Hache is a retired public health nurse. After returning from seven years in Pakistan, she worked for the Visiting Nurses Association for twenty-two years, providing nursing care to the poor in their homes. 

Sister Antoinette Jacques is one of those amazing sisters who has taught all grades from 1-12. However, in 1967 when she received her Masters Degree from Fordham University, her life took a new direction.
